Outlook Rights

Only those individuals with network adminsitrator rights
are able to view "Activities" for contacts and add
information to the office calendar. How do we assign
rights to all network users to modify these tools?

Check what folders you're including in the activities groups for that contact folder. THen check the permissions on those folders and on the office calendar folder.
