How do I change restrictions on my computer to allow me to open links in
emails I receive?? Thank you.

From a reply by Dian Poremsky to a post asking the SAME question early
this morning.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset
your internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab.
(Or Control panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
