Outlook Resource

Hi All,

I have a Outlook resource called ConferenceRoom1. Is it possible to
configure this resource when selected to automatically go in the resource
field when choosing from catagores such as required, optional, and resource?
I am constentlly having problems with users who for get to book the
conference room as a required instead of resource.
