I receive the following error (Sending and Receiving'
reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the
server was interrupted. If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP). The server responded: ???o?'" ) when I
am connected to SBC DSL connection at work thru a built
in Ethernet card. In outlook 2002 and 2003, the outlook
message hangs in the out box and does not clear. However
non stop messages are sent to the attended receiver of
the email. When I am connected at home thru a wireless
card (bypassing the ethernet card) and Adelphia cable
modem and wireless router the problem does not exist.
Have anyone discovered any fixes Please advise at
(e-mail address removed)

An unknown error has occurred. Account: '****', Server:
'smtp.mistral.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Please check
that your outgoing mail server settings are correct. To do this go to
http://www.*******.htm. Or contact technical support for assistance.', Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

Your account setup is wrong somehow or your ISP (mistral) is having a bad day. check you 'authentication' settings.

Basically the mail server doesn't recognise you so won't forward the mail.
