I'm a long time user of Outlook and all of a sudden I find that any message I read or reply/forward uses the Plain Text option. My settings are, and have always been
-Use Word as email edito
-Compose messages in HTML forma
I've tried making changes in Word email settings to no avail. I've tried repairing the Office 2003 install to no avail. Any advice? Thanks.
