Hi Duane,
You have a couple of options here. Ones a little more trickier. The
first and easiest way would be t o change the accounts to leave a copy of the
message on the server you take the email from. You can apply this setting by
clicking on Tools, Email Accounts, View Change Existing Email Accounts,
Select your account and then clicm Change. On the intial screen click on More
Settings. Click on the Advanced tab and then mark the option 'Leave a copy of
messages on the server'. Do this the same for the rest of the accounts.
However i would leave one account alone (taking messages off the server)
because most ISPs limit the amoutnof space your inbox can store. This account
that your leaving alone would need to be the last account to Send/Recieve.
*use at your own risk*
The second option which im not all too familiar with is to point to the
directory for each user account. YOu should be able to pull this off by
clicking on Tools, Options, Mail Setup tab, Data Files button. By clicking
the settings option, you should have the path in which your Outlook stores
files at.
Hope this helps you out.
Thanks Fido - I had previously tried your second solution, but for some reason am unable to change the path to where the Outlook files are stored for my other XP user....
