outlook.pst / xp

I am upgrading my computer and i have copied my outlook.pst file to a cd,
but when i go to the new computer, I cant find an 'outlook.pst' file to (win
Xp Professional)
overwrite .... anybody help ?

Place it in:

C:\Documents and Settings\--USERname--\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
