Outlook pst files

Just updated from MSoffice 2000 to MS office Professional 2003. IN doing so,
I can't find my old emails. I think they are under a pst file name. How can I
find them and then how do I convert that file?
 
Thanks, I rebooted like you advised and was then able to pull the outlook.pst
in. Now I just need to figure out how to remove some of the duplicated in and
out box's.
