Outlook program not working

I have a problem with Outlook recently.
The msg I receive is...

Business contact manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. we
are sorry..etc

The box is ticked to Restart Business Contact Manager.

Please tell MS about this...Send error report or Dont send boxes.

I cannot delete Business Contact Manager via Control Panel add remove
programs. I cannot repair BCM from the Disk and I cannot do anything with it
at present.
And I cant reinstall BCM from the disc that came with the PC.

I cannot repair MS Office from its disk either as it seems to be missing a
CAB file that is needs. That seems so strange.

I am running XP Professional. I cannot upgrade to SP3 at the moment.

I have opened Outlook Express so I can still get my emails.

But does anyone have suggestions to sort this opening/closing problem I have?

Please explain more fully why you are unable to uninatall Business
Contact Manager through Add / Remove Programs?

Please post a copy of the Error Report from Event Viewer referring to
Business Contact Manager.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning
of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description
are important.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer.Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.
