Outlook profiles and the look of the Outlook...

Andrew

We have several people in the department that I work in, that use one
mailbox profile to keep in contact with clients.

We all log into this client profile. Some people like to have their
mailbox with different fonts and colors and other settings. The
problem is that when one person changes the settings while logged into
the client profile all the other people see the changes.

Is there any way for the look and feel to be custom for each person
who is logged into the client profile rather then it affecting all the
users?

Example. I do not want to see the preview pane. When I uncheck this,
all the other users do not see the preview pane. When I check it, then
all of them see the preview. Another example, if I want to choose
certain fields such Cc, all of the other users would see it instead of
just me.

Connecting to an Exchange server using various versions of Outlook
(minus Outlook Express)to read mail.

Thanks

are you all using the same mailbox and computer? Many settings are stored in
Windows user profiles, so you can control them to some degree if you each
use your own computer logon.

We are all using our own systems. Each of us has our own version of
Outlook installed where we can use one of two profiles. One of them is
out personal e-mail and the other is the shared profile for client
e-mail messages.

I can do all sorts of customization to outlook when I am logged in
using my own profile, and of course, no one else would see that.

When I log on using the client profile, those customizations are not
seen. If I make any, anyone else who uses that profile will see it.
How can I make it so I am the only one who sees the customizations?

Thanks for any suggestions.
