Outlook profile moving

Not sure if this is the right group, but I'm having a problem with the
transfer preferences and files wizard. When I run it on a machine with users
who use outlook, their pst files don't get recognized in the new setup, even
thought the computer is the same computer (I'm migrating to a Windows 2003
server as PDC and have to change domains for all users) The upshot is that
when I open the user's new profile they either cannot access the old pst file
or can access it, but it is empty. The pst file itself is 800mb.

I really need to get this user access to their old pst file. Any help would
be appreciated.
 
I found that not using the wizard at all was best. But I still had the
problem of an outlook file I couldn't open. It turns out if I give the user
domain admin privileges, she can open the file and everything else that was
giving her problems seems now to work. So what privileges does she need
specifically in order for this to work - I certainly don't want to go around
giving people domain admin privileges!
