Outlook Professional 2003 w/Business Manager Contact

I have recently installed MS Office Professional 2003 with the MS Outlook. Most of the time when I run the program it ends up crashing on me. The program tells me that it is not responding and closes. I have not been able to figure out what is causing this problem. I have checked the event logs and all it says "APPLICATION HANG" Category 101, Event ID 1002 and 1001 sometimes

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Have you installed the BCM addin? Do you have any other addins installed?
Have you tried running Help | Detect and Repair? Running Outlook with a new
mail profile is also a good troubleshooting step.
