Outlook problems

Outlook will not send &/or receive messages from my pop/smtp accounts. This
is a new problem that just started. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
reconfigure? reinstall?

Care to state your Outlook version and a discription of the symptoms?
 
Do you get any error message? When did it last work? Has there been any
changes made since it last worked ok? Check with your ISP if they´ve changed
incoming/outgoing server addresses, check time-out connections and set them
to longer if they are to short (90 sec usually works fine)...delete your
accounts and reinstall them again...go through all tabs and check
everything...check the connections tab eg. dial-up, LAN etc...
