outlook problems

I'm trying to use outlook for the first time. I have
never used it before because it was asking for info I
didn't know the answer to. Now I can access it for some
reason accept when I send emails they don't go through.
I recieve a message stating something about a transport
provider. I guess I'm not set up and I cannot find out
how. Please help.
 
You need to have an ISP (example: Earthlink, Cox, etc.)
to transport your mail. If you have an ISP then go to their
internet page and look for information on setting up your
email there.
