Outlook problems

I have a user using Outlook 2002 who complains that
incoming emails occasionally get sent to the Deleted
items folder. She complains that this is not consistent
i.e emails from any sender might end up in the Deleted
items folder and that some from the same sender might be
deleted or not deleted (intermittent).

If you need any more information please let me know.
 
check her message rules to make sure she isn't deleting something
automatically based on a too common word.
 
i agree with david, that screams RULES.
