Hello all,
I have a problem with a couple PC's.
When I change the default printer and remove the old one, Outlook 2000
seems to remember the old printer, it wants to send the prints to the
old printer, even though it's not listed in the Printers and Faxes in
Control Panel.
Whatever I do, nothing seems to help.
- Reinstall the old printer
- Removed the printer while Outlook wasn't running
- changed the printer in File - Print
- checked the printstyles.
There has been a change in servers.
The printerqueues were moved from server1 to server2.
Server1 was a Windows 2000 server.
Server2 is part of a Windows 2003 cluster.
The queue for the old printer was on server1, the new queue is on
server2.
All computers are located in a network.
The OS'es are all Windows 2000 SP4 and Outlook 2000 SP3.
The new copier is the same as the old copier (Lanier LD060).
I suspect a driver issue, but all other applications seem to print
fine...
I hope that someone has a clue how to solve this...
Thnx in advance,
MickeyM
