Not if you left the default security in tact for Outlook 2002/2003. Outlook
2000 is a security update. If you've got that one installed you are safe for
automatic execution of scripts as well.
Of course having an up to date virusscanner and a well configured firewall
is still a must to protect you from other danger while being out there on
the Internet.

To add to what Roady said, also make sure you install all of the security
updates for IE as many exploits rely on IE faults to execute.
