Outlook pops up without being prompted

Help! I do not want outlook to pop up when I am working.
It does this without my asking for it. How do I stop this
from happening with out disabling or uninstalling.

Thanks for any help you may have.
 
when does it pop-up? What are your actions before it does and where does
Outlook start-up in?
