Outlook POP and Exchange Calendar

I run Outlook and use POP to get corporate email. Our
corporate email server is Exchange 2000 and I'd like to
be able to synch my local calendar with the Exchange
caledar without having to setup an Exchange account on my
local computer.

Anyone know of a programatic way or program to get this
setup? I don't want to use remote mail or offline folders
if at all possible because that requires setting up a
local Exchange account which means switching between on-
line and off-line mode which really screw with the
send/receive funciton of POP mail.

which version of outlook and is IMAP a possibility? is so, insightconnector
will do what you want... I don't know of anything for pop.
