Outlook Personal Folder Password

I'm running outlook 2002 sp3 (connects to exchange from email) got a
passwrod on my PST file. When I start outlook the password box hides
behind the welcom screen of outlook. I need to right click and drag it
to key in my password and start outlook email. It's a weird problem.

.. . . and one that might be resolved by posting it in an Outlook
