Two ways to work your way out of this:
1.You can always buy a password recovery tool available on
the internet from different vendors.
2.There is one utility called pst19upg which was
originally designed to upgrade the PST format to
version 19. However one of the utility side effects is
that it removes the password from the pst file after the
upgrade process.
