Hello everyone! My question is this:
When sending files directly from a MS program (Access,
Excel, etc), is that using Outlook Express, or the full
version of Outlook?
The issue I'm experiencing is that I don't seem to
have full functionality (can't use stationery) when I
utilize the File/Send to Recipient as Attachment. It has
become an issue, though, because what's being sent are MS
Access Reports. These reports are all part of a big
customer database. At any given time, I am sending each
customer their own report only. Since I don't want to send
the entire database with data on every customer in it to
any customers, it's not an option to just open my Outlook,
use my stationery and attach the entire .mdb file.
We've discussed the alternative of using the Publish
with MS Word, but that's creating extra steps and
defeating the purpose of streamlining the process.
Any suggestions, or if anyone knows of a way to be able
to use the stationery when sending directly from a
program, please advise.
Appreciatively,
Beth
