When I send at attachment it gets stuck in the outbox and sends itself 20
times to everyone I had sent it to HELP!

Try disabling the integrated mail scanning function in your AV program. (The
best way is to uninstall and re-install using custom install and do NOT
check the mail scanning function)

How big is the e-mail that you are trying to send with attachments?
 
Please don't multipost, once is sufficient. Remove the interfering
anti-virus e-mail scanner. It offers no additional protection and messes
up the e-mail transfer.
