I have used outlook for many years and have numerous email folders plus
I imported a pst and got a lot of duplicates.

Is there a function like the internet explorer organize favorites?

If not can I export to excel?

Not really.

If not can I export to excel?

Sure, but that doesn't seem to me like a good tool to use for rearranging
items in Outlook.

You can open Folder List and move the contents of folders into other
folders.

What is it you would want to export to Excel and for what purpose?
