Outlook options configuration from server

I just deployed Outlook to 14 PC via SBS2003 and realized that there are some
settings that I want each client to have (e.g. "always spell check before
sending" as well as others). Is there a way to do this without sitting at
each PC and doing it manually? Like maybe Group Policy?

Outlook Profiler
 
Where can I find the Outlook Profiler and info on how to use it? I did a
search in SBS2003 Help as well as Exchange Help for "Outlook Profiler" but
found nothing.
