Outlook only displys the To: text box

Hello all,

When I try to open a new mail I dont get the new message
window. It has changed. It comes up normall with the To:
and the CC: and Subject Fileds and then the message body
text window.

Mine does not do this anymore....

It only shows the message box window and the To: Field.

Any Suggestions?
