Is there a way to have my email stored on my server
instead of on my local computer, so that if I traveled to
another computer in my domain that I would be able to log
onto that computer and receive my email and be able to
see my calander and contacts just as I would on my own.

I assume you are working with pst-files? If so just move the pst-file to the
networkshare and start Outlook. It will prompts you to point Outlook to the
pst-file location. There are some issues with pst-files on a networkshare;
-there is a higher change it could become corrupted
-it could be disconnected
-slower performance

I haven't had too many problems with it myself (except for being
disconnected) also because I like the big advantage it offers me. But I just
it would be wise to mention it to you.

Hi,

Well....your answer depends from your server's configuration.

If you are using Exchange server it is too easy:

1) Your Exchange Administrator must create a mailbox for your network
UserID (username)
2) You need create an Outlook profile where you will access your mailbox
located in the Exchange server
3) If you use differente machines, your network administrator must create
for you a ROOMING profile. Or you need create an Outlook profile for each
machine used by you.

regards,
