outlook office 03 - receive emails but unable to connect to outgo.

i can't believe i am the only one ..

i use a comcast.net account and have set up new profile .on outlook..gone
thru all the connections with comcast..and check with setting thru microsoft
...nothing works..please help??
 
Have you checked your Time and Time Zone settings lately
