Outlook not syncing to palm

When HotSyncing my Clie` with Outlook, only random
appointments/events are synced to the Clie`. Example: My
Outlook calendar contains 14 items for next week, however
only 10 are showing on my Clie`. The same ratio appears
for the next week as well. Sony tech support contends it
is an Outlook issue and not an issue with the Palm OS or
HotSync. Has anyone had this issue and if so, how was it
resolved if it was resolved?

I'm having the exact same issue with my new Clie. It has to do with m
exchange server at work (so I am told). My individual appoints appea
fine but no reccurring events are transferred. Sony says I need to bu
an Intellisync upgrade. I found another post that says Pocket Mirro
will work with exchange. Either way I'll have to shell out anothe
$50.00 just to get my pda to work. What a hose job! So much for m
very brief foray into th3e land of Palm. I'm taking it back and buyin
a Pocket PC!
