I just reinstalled Outlook 2003 after experiencing issues with '02 and it is
not starting at all. I have tried the detect and repair, the reinstallation,
and everything else I can think of. Every time I try to bring it up, I get an
error message saying that Outlook has to close and bringing up an error
reporting screen. The error reporting won't complete and attempting to go
'safe mode' has been fruitless as well. Any ideas?
