Five days ago my OUTLOOK began returning the message "not
responding". The program opens but when I try any
function (mail, calendars, etc.) I get this response. I
have tried: uninstall and installing the program;
starting in safe mode; turning off Norton; shutting off
all programs running in background; and 3 hours on the
phone with Dell. No results. Please help!
