Outlook not functioning properly

Have a user that opens Outlook (profile and connection to
exchange 2000 only)and cannot right mouse click on emails
in inbox or when opening emails with attachments the
attachment list is empty. Also in calendar cannot open
any item that recurring. Have done a detect and repair,
recreated the outlook profile, and also
removed/restarted/installed outlook. Still experiencing
the same behavior. User is able to go to another pc and
does not have that problem. Any ideas?

Running any pop-up blockers?

Try having the user start outlook in safe mode...
Start>Run>Outlook /safe
Check to see if there are any add-ins
