Hi folks! Using Outlook 2007, with no problem thus far, till this morning.
My e-mail settings haven't changed, I run a test and am told that the test
e-mail got sent just fine, but my e-mail *does not get downloaded into
Outlook.* If I go online to mail2web and check it there, it's all there
though.

But Outlook says there are no problems, servers are all fine, but no e-mail
in my inbox.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance!

Carmen

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

Thanks for the suggestion Robert... the problem seems to have been with
Outlook in general because I also realized that my task list, which should
only have shown today's tasks, was showing stuff for next year... obviously
there was some sort of tear in the time-space fabric, to put a Star Trek
spin on it :-), since when I closed and re-opened Outlook it was back to
normal again and downloaded the e-mails right away.

But thanks for the suggestion!

The proper Start Trek term would be "Temporal anomaly" ;-)

Good to hear you've got it solved :-)

To quote yesterday's classic episode:

T'Pau: "Live long and prosper."
Spock: "I shall do neither. I have killed my captain and my friend."

Merry Christmas!
