On certain computers within our network Outlook will not
allow attachments. The error recieved is:
"Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows
or programs and try again."
We are using Outlook 2002 (10.4219.4219) SP-2
This happens even when the computer has just booted up
and Outlook is the only program open. It has happened on
both older, pIII ~ 750mHz, and newer, p4 2Ghz. Switching
to HTML format has helped some, Outlook now allows the
users to attach a file by going through the tool bar in
the email window, however Outlook will not let the users
copy-paste an attachment into the email or drag-drop an
attachment.
any ideas are appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
