Outlook no longer downloads email from second account

I use Outlook for Comcast and for years have had no problem downloading email
from TWO email accounts. Been set up with no changes. But now for past week
it wont download the second email addresses mail. It sits at the server. I
can access it from webmail but outlook 2003 wont download it anymore? Anyone
else having this problem? Verified all the settings that always worked!?
Hope someone can help. Dan

Do you get any error messages when you try to receive from that account? If
so, what are they (full text and any error codes)?
