Outlook Newsgroup Installation Problem

When I drag the NEWS button to the toolbar and click on it to start the
Newsgroups, I get it the first time, and only the first time.

Thereafter I get this file:D:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033.

I have checked the Internet Options and Microsoft Outlook Express is my
NewsReader.

Even when using Microsoft Outlook as the Newsreader this happens.

I know that Outlook uses alot of the files in Express for its newsreader.

The only fix I have is to start Microsoft Outlook Express and use the
Newsreader from there.

What Gives?????

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.

You may need to reset the menu or toolbar using Tools, customize.
