Outlook Moved Sub-Folders of Mailbox to Sub-Folders of Inbox

I have a user who swears that she did nothing to make this happen. She has a lot of folders under the main "Mailbox-User" in Outlook 2003 (Exchange). Today when she came in, the folders had been moved under her Inbox.

Has anyone seen this happen before?

She could have moved them accidently - its fairly easy to do.
