MICHAEL MOVA

HI,
I AM A COMPUTER PROGRAMMER. i WOULD LIKE TO ADD A NEW
FEATURE TO OUTLOOK. I NEED TO KNOW:

1. THE LOCATION OF OUTLOOK SOURCE CODE AND OBJECT MODULE.
2. WHAT LANGUAGE OUTLOOK IS WRITTEN IN?
3. JCL TO COMPILE IT, OR EQUIVALANT.
4. CAN I MODIFY OUTLOOK AND USE THE NEW VERSION?
5. ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW TO ACCOMPLISH THIS TASK?

THANK YOU
MICHAEL

Posting all in capital letters is considered shouting and is hard to
read.

Outlook's source code is not available. You have to use the published
object model and COM addins to work with Outlook. The actual Outlook
code can't be modified. You would have to write your own Outlook from
scratch.
