Outlook messages reflect wrong time stamp

While my computer clock is set correctly, the messages I receive have time
stamps that are 3 hours earlier than actual time. (Messages I send contain
correct time stamp.)

Any suggestions?

Sounds like the server you're using has the wrong time zone set.
