Outlook Messages File Name

What is the name of the file where my Outlook Messages are saved, both in
Vista and in Win 7?
 
Sorry, I could have at least said "Thanks" for any help. shows ya how new I
am on this site.

I found it just as you said. Now I have to find it in Win 7, but I'm
confident thanks to your prompt and courteous response.
