Outlook Message Rules

I would like to remove all Message rules in Outlook 2003. where are these
rules stored? I want to rewrite them from scratch but to go through and
delete all the rules would take an age. If there is a folder with the rules
in, could this be emptied en masse?

Start Outlook once with the /cleanrules command switch.
