Outlook mail from comcast

I recently was switched from attbi to comcast.net and now
I cannot access my mail through outlook. I called
Microsoft and they said to call Dell or try this email
message for help.

I have outlook 2002.

A step by step guide on how to reconfigure the outlook
would be great.

Hey everyone - I had the same problem - finally someone at
comast asked me if I had Norton Anti-Virus. I did, and
just clicked the "Reset" option on the Norton (although
the tech support person instructed me to disable it
altogether) and when I clicked Send/Receive, it worked!
You might want to try resetting your anti-virus software
or disabling it and seeing if that allows you to still get
your mail... Feel free to email me questions directly. I
UNDERSTAND how FRUSTRATING this is!!
