Outlook mail folder occurs twice

Hi!

Can somebody please suggest why on the "mail" page for Outlook 2003, under
"All Mail Folders", the Outlook mail folder displays twice? What settings do
I need to change to remove the second occurrence of the mail folder? I have
six mail accounts all directed to the same "Inbox" within the one Outlook
mail folder.

What do you mean by "mail folder" -- the Inbox folder or the Personal Folders
file?

Jocelyn, the Outlook mail folder displays twice - which includes the Inbox
and is under "All Mail Folders"

Sounds like you've corrupted your mail profile somehow. Create a new one in
Control Panel's Mail applet, pointing it at your existing data store.
