Outlook mail fails to send. Interface not registered

I have been using Office 2003 for years now. All of a suddenn, I can't send
mails in Outlook. When I use the detect & repair function in Help, it prompts
me for file PRO11.MSI, but it's not on my system disks. What gives?

Do you have your installation media - the same one used for your current
install? You might try re-running setup.
Although this shouldn't do anything to your data, you ought to back up your
PST file(s) first, of course (in fact, you should do this regularly).
