Outllook 2000 hangs while trying to send an external email. Ran through
exchange server. Outbox messages won't delete. Upon shutdown of computer
getting thorconnwndclass still running, and can choose to end task, or wait.
I think the thorconnwndclass is the root of the problem somehow. There are
over 200 users in our network.
