Outlook loads really slow...15-30 seconds on splash screen.

All of a sudden, Outlook takes 20-30 seconds to load. It stays on the splash screen for a very long time. It started a few months ago and I put up with it til now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I also tried to run the repair feature to no avail. It's the 2002 version.
 
Try disabling the integration with Instant Messenger in Tools | Options |
Other and see if that speeds things up.
