I get a pop-up that says: "this operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions on this computer". contact system administrator. How can I fix
this?

You are claiming that you have never heard of online searching, like at
Google?

Doesn't even have to be Google - there must be THOUSANDS of posts about this
in this group alone...

And if you'd searched THIS group alone you would have found HUNDREDS if not
THOUSANDS of the same question with answers...
