Outlook keeps restarting

My Outlooks keeps shutting down and telling me I need to restart (has encountered a problem and needs to close). The data report is lengthy but says things like, "AppName" outlook.exe App Ver: 11.0.8217.0 AppStamp: 480f95d9
ModName: cplsp.dll ModVer: 7.7.0.32 ModStamp: 48921bf6

fDebug: 0 Offset: 0000f830"

I have XP professional

I've sent the error report to Microsoft a million times -- no fix

Have you scanned the PST for errors?

Sounds more like you have a problem with CyberPatrol, not Outlook.
