Outlook Keeps Crashing When Accessing Public Folders

Hello--

We are on a network running Windows Exchange Server 2003 Standard and
Outlook 2003. Every time I access a public folder via Outlook, my Outlook
gives me the Sorry Outlook encountered a serious problem and has to shut down
message.

What could be causing this? I am the only one in the network (that I know
of) that is having this problem. All of our users are running Outlook with
cache mode enabled.

hey am online student of university of pphoenix. my out keeps crashing each
time i try to post message to newsgroup in class. this causing a great
concern.

Since Outlook can't post to newsgroups, you'll have to ask in a forum
covering the newsreader you're using.
