Outlook Junk Mail filter

This is the most relevant newsgroup I could find, so here
goes...

I have setup Outlook 2003 junk mail filter for "Safe
sender list only" This works great in deleting the junk.
Unfortunately it does not recognise people I send mail
to, as safe senders.
Anyone know of a way to allow replies to be received,
similar to the "Also trust email from my contacts"
option...
